We have experience in providing support for several conditions such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, family conflict, substance abuse, stress management, life adjustments,  and trauma. Many of our partners are experienced in using a variety of treatment approaches to address mental health challenges. These approaches range from Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Matrix Models.

Our Tennessee and Texas locations are approved providers with several insurances. Please note it is important for you to verify your insurance coverage prior to your first appointment to see if they cover mental health/counseling services as well as to determine your financial responsibility. Insurance benefits are unique and individualized based on your contract between you and your insurance providers.

Most providers are in-network for Amerigroup, Superior Healthplan, United Healthcare Commerical, Aetna Better Health (Medicaid), Tricare East, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Molina Tx Medicaid, HealthSmart, Multiplan, UHC Community TN, Cigna,  and Aetna.  We also provide EAP services through Cigna, Optum, LifeWorks, ESI, Wellsprings Microsoft, Compsych, ENI, and Mines & Associates.
